Do I need to add in every plural variation myself?

No. When you enter a known term, the info bar to the right of the line turns green—Styleworks automatically infers related preferences, such as plurals and related forms. Add one term, get many.

The same goes for abbreviations: PerfectIt finds acronyms and links them to their definitions with over 90% accuracy right out of the box. Adding unusual entries in Styleworks (for example, acronyms containing numbers or hyphens, like XDR-TB) improves accuracy further.
