Flagging terms for review (without preferred fix)

One of the most useful checks PerfectIt can run is simply flagging a term; offering guidance without prescribing a specific replacement.

It's perfect for terms that need judgement rather than a rule.

Steps

Use the reserved words should be avoided:

Chairman should be avoided

It works best combined with an explanation, using and explain that (or because):

Chairman should be avoided and explain that Consider "chair" or "chairperson" unless referring to a specific title.

Now when you run this style in PerfectIt, it finds every use of chairman and asks the user to consider whether chair or chairperson would be more appropriate, or whether it should stay, because it's a specific title.
